CACAO: CORAZÓN
A Ritual of Return to the Heart
Cacao doesn't ask you how you're doing. She already knows.
This is an intimate ceremonial gathering for the woman who has done the work and still feels something in her heart space that won't fully open. That's not a mindset problem. That's a lineage thing. A body thing. A medicine thing.
Held just two days after the Spring Equinox, CACAO: Corazón is a portal back to your bliss, your body, and the joy that was never meant to leave you.
Bliss is not a reward. It is a birthright. We work from there.

The Experience
CACAO: Corazón is an intimate ceremonial cacao gathering honoring cacao as medicina del corazón, heart medicine.
Across Indigenous American traditions, ceremonial cacao has supported emotional connection, courage, joy, and embodied presence for generations. We approach cacao as a living plant ally, offered in reverence for the lineages that have cultivated and shared this medicine through relationship with land, culture, and community.
This is not a performance. It is not a photo op. It is a real ceremonial container where your heart space is invited to open naturally, without force, without pretense, and without rush.
Movement, emotion, stillness, laughter, and reflection are all welcome here. Everything remains invitational.
Why Cacao?
Cacao works through both spirit and science.
Energetically, cacao is known as Mama Cacao, a gentle and powerful allythat supports compassion, truth, and emotional openness.
Biochemically, she is a vasodilator (opens the blood vessels), a mood modulator, and a serotonin precursor. She also carries anandamide, the bliss molecule, and phenylethylamine, associated with bonding, pleasure, and love.
So when I say she opens the heart space, I mean that in every direction. Body, lineage, and soul.
Why I Offer This Work
My relationship with cacao began long before I ever held a ceremony.
It solidified in Sedona, where something in me cracked open in the best way. When I returned home, I began a daily personal cacao ceremony practice. What followed was not dramatic or forced. Long-standing dynamics in my own family began shifting toward forgiveness, acceptance, and authentic connection. Not through effort. Through allowing the heart space to reorganize itself.
That practice deepened even further this past January, when I had the privilege of studying at a traditional family-owned cacao farm in Mexico, where cacao is cultivated and prepared in living relationship with the land and the lineage that carries this medicine forward.
As a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse and Board-Certified Nurse Coach (BSN, RN, HWNC-BC), I understand emotional regulation, nervous system physiology, and the science of healing.
As a ceremonial facilitator and Pleasure & Power Priestess, I understand ritual, devotion, and pleasure as medicine.
I know the difference between spiritual performance and real medicina. And I build every space accordingly.
CACAO: Corazón lives at the intersection of soul and science. That is not an accident. That is the whole point.

A Closing Invitation
You do not need prior ceremony experience.
You do not need to know exactly what you are seeking.

The daffodil doesn't ask permission to bloom in the spring. Neither do you.
Your seat in the circle awaits.
