Yes. SHE (Sensual Healing Energy™) uses safe, consensual, and YOU-centered touch. It is designed only for your healing, never for performance or obligation. Your comfort and boundaries are honored at every step.

Yes, and I will provide you with full guidance when you book. To support your body in opening fully to bliss, I recommend wearing a loose maxi skirt or soft, flowy pants with a bandeau-style top (or a bandeau bra under a shirt in cooler weather). Please refrain from eating dense meats such as beef or pork prior to the session, and ideally avoid all meat if possible. This allows your body to feel lighter, less saturated with density, and more receptive to the experience.
