Why Cacao
Cacao works through both spirit and science.
Energetically, cacao is known as Mama Cacao, a gentle yet powerful ally that supports compassion, truth, and emotional openness.
Biochemically, she is a vasodilator, meaning she increases blood flow and circulation, including to the heart and brain. She acts as a mood modulator and supports serotonin production.
She also contains:
Anandamide, the body’s natural bliss molecule

She holds space with the precision of a clinician and the reverence of a devotee.
Her relationship with cacao deepened in Sedona and expanded through time spent at a traditional cacao farm in Mexico.
She is the founder of The Goddess Catalyst, where soul meets science, and women are guided back to their bliss.
WHAT TO BRING
Your open heart. That is the only requirement.
If you are called, also bring:
A yoga mat.
A journal and pen for integration.
A blanket or shawl for comfort during the journey.
An eye mask, optional but suggested, to deepen your journey experience.
A personal altar offering, something from nature or something meaningful to you.

No. CACAO: CREATRIX honors the sacred feminine without being tied to any specific religion or doctrine. Women of all spiritual backgrounds are welcome.

More than okay. You will be guided the entire time. There is nothing you can do wrong.

Not quite. Ceremonial grade cacao is minimally processed, made from whole cacao paste, and prepared with intention. It is a heart-opening plant medicine with a long history of ceremonial use. It is not psychedelic. Most women describe the experience as a warm, expansive opening in the chest, a gentle lift, and a deepening sense of presence.

Cacao and damiana are generally very well tolerated, but if you have a heart condition, are on antidepressants (specifically MAOIs), are diabetic, pregnant or nursing, or have any concerns, please reach out before registering.
